His primary focus is directed toward assisting clients in negotiating equitable resolutions to their disputes whenever practical and in his client’s best interests. With over forty-five years of experience as a trial lawyer, Mr. Serpico is recognized as a skilled and capable litigator in family law practice and will likewise litigate matters when necessary and when economically practical and beneficial to his client. Mr. Serpico has also successfully argued cases on behalf of his clients in both the state and federal court of appeals.
